Spicy Crab Puffs

3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 pound crab meat
1 tsp garlic, crushed very fine
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1/2 pound wonton wrappers
2 TBS butter, melted, for sealing wontons
vegetable oil for frying

Mustard Sauce (optional):
hot Chinese Mustard or dry mustard powder

1. Combine cheese, garlic, crab, spices and sauces.
2. Place 1/2 tsp of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Spread small amount of butter on 2 adjacent sides of wrapper. Fold one side over to form triangle. Press at edges to seal. Pinch in middle, then fold down opposite corners of triangle as thought folding a paper airplane, forming wings.
3. Deep fry in very hot oil until golden (don't add until oil is hot so that the oil isn't absorbed by the wonton). Drain on paper towels.
4. Serve with mustard sauce, if desired.
