3/4 cup pitted Kalamata Olives
1 tsp crushed garlic (or more per your taste)
1/4 ~ 1/2 tsp anchovy paste (optional)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 TBS lemon juice

1. Put the olives, garlic and anchovy paste in a blender. Put the blender on low speed and drizzle the lemon and oil until the olivada is blended. Add more oil if necessary to achieve a spread that is not too smooth, you want it to have texture. The olives and paste are veyr salty so you shouldn't need to add any salt.
2. Serve with crusty loaved bread.
