Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:
8 oz. Butter (1 stick)
8 oz. Cream Cheese
2 cups Powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon extract

Directions:
1. Using an electric mixer, cream together the butter and cream cheese.
2. Blend in the rest of the ingredients until fluffy. If the frosting is too thick, add a bit of water. If it is too thin, add more powdered sugar.
