Creamy Caramel Sauce
1/4 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar (not dark)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1. In a deep microwave bowl, microwave butter on high 45 to 60 seconds to melt.
2. Whisk in sugar and cream until blended.
3. Microwave 2 ~ 2 1/2 minutes until bubbly and slightly thickened, stirring once during cooking. Serve warm over ice cream, baked apples, plain cake
