Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:
Add the following fresh or frozen fruits of your choice to equal 2 cups:
strawerries
blueberries
raspberries
banana

Then add the following:
1 cup orange juice
1 cup yoghurt (I like plain; add vanilla or fruited if you like)
1/8 cup sugar (optional: to taste if the fruits are too tart)
2-3 cups crushed ice

Directions:
1. Add the fruits and OJ to a blender and blend.
2. Add the yoghurt and blend.
3. Add sugar (if needed) and blend.
4. Add the crushed ice, one cup at a time, blending all the while until smoothie is of desired consistency and smooth.
