Sweet Sour BBQ Chicken

4 garlic cloves, crushed
2 TBS Balsamic vinegar
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 TBS Dijon mustard
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 TBS olive oil
2 whole chicken breasts, cut in half

1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the chicken. Divide the sauce into 2 portions, one for basting and one for dipping.
2. Add the chicken to the basting sauce and coat. Marinate 1-2 hours.
3. BBQ, grill, or broil the chicken 4 minutes per side or until cooked, basting the chicken with more sauce in the last few minutes of cooking to glaze it.
