Fish Marinade

1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
4-6 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp coursely ground pepper
1/2 tsp salt
fresh or dried herbs of your choice (chives, parsely, basil, tarragon etc.)

1. Pour all ingredients in a large ziplock bag and add one pound of filet or steak fish such as salmon. Marinate the fish for an hour (keep in the fridge).
2. Broil fish for 3-5 minutes on each side. If baking, add the marinade to the fish in pyrex and bake at 350 for 10-20 minutes depending on the fish.
