Sesame Tofu Dressing and Veggie Dip

1 package soft silken tofu (12-16 oz)
1 cup seasoned rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced with white and dark parts
3 TBS honey
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 - 1/2 tsp hot chili flakes

1. Drain tofu in a colander for 5 minutes; pat dry
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth; serve chilled on salads or as a dip
