Spinach with Lemon and Garlic

1 - 2 TBS olive oil
3 cups fresh spinach
4-12 cloves garlic depending on your taste, sliced into thin leaves
1-2 TBS lemon juice
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

1. Heat a sautee pan and add the olive oil on low heat. Add the garlic and allow it to flavor the oil for a few minutes on low heat.
2. Turn the heat up and allow the garlic to get a light golden color
3. Add the spinach, salt, pepper and lemon juice and cook until just wilted but still bright green. Serve.
