Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
1 cup vegetable oil
1 pound chicken wings (or small drumsticks; you can even use chicken tenders or breast)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp white vinegar
1 TBS ketchup
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (more if you want them even hotter)

Spiced Flour:
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion salt

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2 In a large frying pan or deep fryer, heat oil to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Fry wings for approximately 8 minutes. Transfer wings to a paper towel and let drain. Season with salt and white pepper. After the wings have drained, toss them in spiced flour then place them in a large mixing bowl.
3 In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in hot pepper sauce, ketchup, and vinegar. Pour mixture over chicken wings, toss to coat the wings. Place wings in a baking dish. 4 Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with celery sticks and Blue Cheese Dressing or Parmesan Cream Dressing
