Donna's Buffalo Chicken Wings
Chicken wings (seperate and discard the tips)
Oil (for frying)
Franks Red Hot (Cayenne pepper) sauce
1. Fry chicken wings in oil until crisp.
2. In a large container place a large pat of butter and about 1/8 cup hot sauce and salt.
3. Add wings and shake to coat......more hot sauce can be added according to your tastes.
4. Serve immediately with carrot and celery sticks and Blue Cheese Dressing (true Buffalo wings are never served with any other dip)
This is so simple. People always think there's more to Buffalo wings than there really is. The real key is using the Franks Red Hot Cayenne sauce.
